Terms of Use

Website information

Website information is general information about services and common drain and sewer problems. Site content is not a substitute for an on-site inspection or a specific service diagnosis.

Service requests

Contacting A-1 Drain Cleaning through the website or by phone does not by itself create a service contract. Service availability, scope, scheduling, pricing, and work performed are determined between A-1 Drain Cleaning and the customer for the particular job.

Emergency and backup situations

If sewage or wastewater is backing up, stop using fixtures that may add water to the affected drain system when practical and contact A-1 Drain Cleaning. Availability depends on the job, location, conditions, and schedule.

Website use

Do not use this website to submit passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information. Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, its hosting service, or its supporting systems.

Third-party services and links

This website may use or link to services operated by third parties. Their websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes

A-1 Drain Cleaning may update these terms when the website or its practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
